What is Eating Psychology Coaching?

For far too long, we’ve been inundated by negative messages about food, weight and diet. We’ve been told that we’re willpower weaklings or are given conflicting information about what is healthy,  resulting in confusion about what to eat and an unhappy relationship with food and our bodies.

As an Eating Psychology Coach, I combine many of the best strategies from nutrition science and psychology.  The goal is YOUR goal.  We set aside  the “shoulds and shouldn’ts”,  and tune into  what’s right for your body and your personal style.

My approach is positive and empowering. Our relationships with our food, weight and health often reflect some of the personal aspects of our lives-such as work, money, relationship, family, intimacy, and stress.  By exploring these connections, we can remove the barriers to success.

I look to support you with coaching strategies and nutrition principles that are nourishing, doable, and sustainable.   As we work together, eating and health issues become a place of exploration and opportunities for growth.  I want to help you reach your goals not through punishment and deprivation, by through strategies that nourish.
